Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations


• Should have knowledge in bottle & pouch lines.


• Ensure production targets and quality.


• Lead a team of operators


• Manpower Handling, Shop Floor Control.


• Implement & monitor safety & quality protocols .


• Optimize processes for productivity & waste reduction.


• Assist in daily production planning & execution


• Support process improvements.


• Develop strategies to reduce rejections and increase productivity


• Conduct regular inspections on shop floor to identify areas for improvement .

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Production Management or related field.


• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Electrical or Mechanical).


• Strong understanding of electrical machinery manufacturing industry practices.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
