Preferred Candidate

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
• 48 years of production supervision experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and HSE.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
