Job summary

ESAB India is seeking a Production Supervisor in Faridabad, Haryana to oversee production staff across shifts and ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize operations while mentoring and developing team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
• 35 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
