Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and execution.
• Strong ability to supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines.
• Manage and supervise production operators and shop-floor activities.
• Monitor machine utilization, manpower, material availability, and production output.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain production reports, records, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and production SOPs.
• Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Train and guide production team members.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
