Job summary

Commando Security in Ranchi is seeking a seasoned Field Supervisor to oversee deployed manpower at multiple sites, ensuring attendance discipline and timely reporting. You will schedule shifts, monitor safety and SOP compliance, and liaise with clients to resolve site issues.

The role requires strong team leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for regular field visits. A two-wheeler and valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in security, facility management, manpower, or field operations.
• Strong team-handling and field supervision skills.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities
