Job summary

Commando Security in India is seeking a field operations professional to oversee daily site activities, manpower deployment, and client liaison across multiple locations. You will ensure compliance with labour laws, manage onboarding and replacements, and coordinate attendance verification and invoicing with the head office.

The role requires strong communication, operational discipline, and the ability to handle on-site disputes while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in field & site operations for manpower deployment.
• Familiarity with government labour laws and PSARA regulations.
• Ability to deploy staff per tender requirements and arrange replacements quickly.
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships and coordinate with head office.

Responsibilities

• Visit deployment sites daily to monitor performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Act as primary liaison for Government Officials, Department Heads, and Private Clients.
• Manage onboarding and deployment per tender requirements and replacements for absenteeism.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and ESIC/PF regulations at ground level.
• Collect and verify attendance logs and coordinate with head office for invoicing.
• Resolve on-site disputes and report status to Management weekly.

Job description

• *Field & Site Operations:* Visit various deployment sites daily to monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of deployed manpower (Security Guards, Housekeeping, Technical/Non-Technical staff).
• * *Client Liaisoning:* Act as the primary point of contact for Government Officials, Department Heads, and Private Clients. Maintain healthy relationships and ensure zero client complaints.
• * *Onboarding & Deployment:* Manage immediate deployment of manpower as per new tender requirements. Arrange quick replacements in case of absenteeism.
• * *Compliance & Documentation:* Ensure strict adherence to government labor laws, PSARA regulations, Minimum Wages Act, PF, and ESIC compliance at the ground level.
• * *Billing & Attendance Verification:* Collect, verify, and cross-check daily/monthly attendance logs from site supervisors and coordinate with the head office for timely invoice generation.
• * *Grievance Redressal:* Resolve on-site disputes, staff issues, and operational bottlenecks swiftly without disrupting the clients work.
• * *Reporting:* Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the Management/Head Office regarding site status and client feedback.
