Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation specialist to lead compensation cycles across multiple Indian locations.

You will design and implement short- and long-term incentive plans, manage ORD reporting and BIZX analytics, and ensure accuracy of compensation statements while coordinating launch and route forms.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience required in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Experience handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles and variable pay.
• Strong knowledge of SF compensation functionalities including Short Term and Long Term Incentive plans and compensation statements.

Responsibilities

• Handle at least two full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles including variable pay.
• Design knowledge of Short Term Incentive and Long Term Incentive plans for Salaried and Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements; SF Compensation Statement and ORD/Reporting Analytics.
• Work with Launch forms, route forms.
