Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a seasoned SF Compensation expert to manage and optimize the compensation cycles. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, including end-to-end cycles and variable pay computations.

Strong knowledge of SF compensation functionalities is essential. You will design Short/Long Term Incentives and compensation statements, work with ORD/Reporting Analytics in BIZX, and collaborate on launch and route forms to ensure correct

• Experience handling at least 2 full End-to-End SF Compensation cycles and variable pay.
• Strong knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.
• Familiarity with short/long term incentives and compensation statements.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple SF Compensation cycles end-to-end.
• Design incentives for Salaried and Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
• Work with Launch forms and route forms.

• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle and variable pay. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
