Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SF Compensation specialist to manage end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation cycles across multiple locations in India.

The role requires hands-on work with variable pay, short/long-term incentives, and strong knowledge of SF compensation functionalities, ORD and BIZX reporting. You will collaborate on launch forms and route forms, ensuring accurate compensation statements and compliance with collective agreements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Hands-on in at least 2 full SF Compensation cycles and variable pay.
• Strong knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities and reporting tools (ORD, BIZX).

Responsabilités

• Manage SuccessFactors Compensation cycles end-to-end.
• Design and implement Short Term and Long Term incentive plans.
• Handle employee compensation statements and reporting via BIZX and ORD.
• Collaborate with Launch forms and route forms.

• 5 to 8 years of experience is required
• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle and variable pay. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
• Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality Short Term incentive, Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics
• Work with Launch forms, route forms
