Job summary

Veridic Solutions LLC seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking to support a critical compliance-related implementation. The role is remote from India with IST work hours and a 12+ month contract.

You will configure EC Time Management/Time Tracking, time profiles, calendars, and time recording rules, while ensuring labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
• Deep expertise in EC Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience with time management foundational configurations.
• Understanding of time valuation, overtime, and shift premium calculations.
• Experience with business rules, validations, timesheets and approval workflows.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Provisioning.
• Knowledge of HR/time management processes and compliance requirements.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and modify EC Time Management/Time Tracking to support labor law and compliance requirements.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles.
• Configure time tracking calculations including overtime, double time, and shift premiums.
• Build and maintain time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
• Support and troubleshoot time data replication from EC to ECP.
• Configure and adjust Time Management settings through Provisioning.
• Analyze existing configurations and implement required changes while maintaining system integrity.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver configuration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and modify SuccessFactors EC Time Management / Time Tracking to support labor law and compliance requirements.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles.
• Configure time tracking calculations including Overtime, Double Time, and Shift Premiums.
• Build and maintain time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
• Support and troubleshoot time data replication from Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure and adjust Time Management settings through Provisioning.
• Analyze existing configurations and implement required changes while maintaining system integrity.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver configuration solutions.
