Job summary

Alignity Solutions in Hyderabad, India is seeking an SAP EC Time and Attendance Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking implementations.

You will design complex time valuations, overtime rules and pay-type calculations, map MDF objects, and ensure seamless integration with ECP, SAP HCM and external time clocks. You’ll drive UAT/SIT, data migration and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off (absence) and Time Tracking(attendance).
• Design and implement complex Time Valuations, Overtime Rules, shift premiums, and pay-type calculations.
• Conduct business blueprint/discovery workshops to gather, document, and analyze HR and workforce management requirements.
• Map standard and custom MDF objects, Business Rules, and workflows to support client policies.
• Ensure seamless integration of EC Time Management with ECP, SAP HCM, and third-party time clocks.
• Configure SuccessFactors Integration Center and utilize SAP CPI/BTP for advanced data exchange.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing cycles.
• Manage data migration activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Responsibilities
