Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Sr. Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Time Tracking implementations. The role involves leading end-to-end lifecycle projects, designing time valuations, overtime rules, and pay-type calculations.

You will coordinate requirements gathering, data mapping, and integration with payroll and HR systems. Hybrid work mode with USI locations. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in SAP SF EC modules, strong design and integration

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Time Tracking implementations.
• Design and implement complex Time Valuations and Overtime rules.
• Configure and optimize pay-type calculations and shift premiums.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Design Time Valuations, Overtime rules, shift premiums, and pay-type calculations.
• Gather requirements and map MDF objects, rules and workflows to client policies.
• Ensure integration of EC Time Management with Payroll and HCM systems; use SAP CPI/BTP for data exchange.
• Lead UAT, SIT, regression cycles and manage data migration and go-live support.
