Job summary

Lactalis India is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to provide functional support for Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The role involves configuring templates, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions, and supporting cycle activities including testing and data validation.

The candidate will manage requests, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation to drive process improvements and ensure timely, quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in one Compensation and Variable Pay implementation or support project.
• Good understanding of Compensation planning, Variable Pay processes, worksheets, budgets, and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including issue resolution and user assistance.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
• Configure and maintain compensation templates, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions as per business requirements.
• Support Compensation and Variable Pay cycle activities, including testing, data validation, worksheet launch, and post-launch support.
• Perform testing for configuration changes and releases.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration records while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
