Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks an experienced SF Compensation specialist to drive 2 full end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation cycles, focusing on variable pay and compensation statements. This role supports multiple locations (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune) with an immediate notice period.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, deep SF Compensation knowledge, and hands-on exposure to ORD/Reporting Analytics via BIZX. Strong launch/route form handling is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles and variable pay.
• Strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
• Design knowledge of SF compensation: Short Term Incentive, Long Term Incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics.
• Work with Launch forms, route forms.
