Aertrip invites an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Flight Operations to manage complex domestic and international bookings for B2B and B2C clients. You will drive accuracy in ticketing and fare construction while upholding service levels.

The role requires strong Galileo and Amadeus GDS expertise, leadership, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Mentoring the team and ensuring BSP compliance are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total experience in flight operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as SME in flight operations (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Galileo & Amadeus GDS systems.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex domestic and international flight bookings for B2B and B2C clients.
• Strong command over Galileo and Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
• Manage reissues, refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, and fare construction.
• Handle escalations and provide expert-level operational support.
• Manage IRROPS, airline coordination, SSR requests, and group bookings.
• Monitor ADM/ACM cases and ensure revenue protection.
• Ensure compliance with BSP and airline policies.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in ticketing processes.
• Maintain high accuracy, SLA, and TAT standards.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SME – Flight Operations with strong expertise in Galileo and Amadeus GDS systems and hands‑on experience managing both B2B and B2C flight operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working as an SME in the travel industry.
