Job summary

Mondee Inc. is seeking an expert-level support specialist to handle airline ticketing, fare rules, exchanges, refunds, and complex itineraries for international and domestic travel.

You will work with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to ensure ticketing accuracy and compliance, assist teammates with fare calculations, and resolve escalations and urgent issues affecting customers’ itineraries.
