Job summary

Aionos is seeking Travel Operations Specialists to manage international air bookings, ticketing and post-booking support using Amadeus GDS. You will issue and reissue tickets, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain accurate PNRs in line with airline rules.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of Amadeus experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of BSP/ARC. The role offers 5 days and 10-hour shifts with cab facility for night shifts within 30 km.

• Typing: 30+ WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle international air bookings, ticketing, fulfillment and post-booking servicing using Amadeus GDS.
• Create, retrieve and modify PNRs for single/multiple passengers and sectors.
• Process ticket issuance, reissuance, revalidation, exchanges and refunds.
• Handle exchanges per airline fare rules and manage changes, IRROPS.
• Calculate penalties, taxes and refunds accurately.
• Manage BSP/ARC transactions, ADM/ACM and Refund Applications.
• Issue EMDs and manage ancillaries/SSR.
• Support NDC and LCC changes and cancellations.
• Provide international voice support for bookings, amendments, cancellations and refunds.

Hiring Travel Operations Specialists with 6+ months of experience in Amadeus (cryptic/Manual)GDS, international air ticketing, refunds, exchanges, cancellations and post-booking support. Strong English communication and GDS knowledge required.

Role Overview

• Handle international air bookings, ticketing, fulfillment and post-booking servicing using Amadeus GDS.
• Create, retrieve and modify PNRs for single/multiple passengers and sectors.
• Process ticket issuance, reissuance, revalidation, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Handle full and partial exchanges as per airline fare rules.
• Manage voluntary/involuntary changes, schedule changes and IRROPS.
• Calculate applicable penalties, taxes and refunds accurately.
• Handle BSP/ARC transactions, ADM/ACM and Refund Applications (RA).
• Issue EMDs and manage ancillaries/SSR.
• Support NDC and LCC changes and cancellations through SPRK/Travel Fusion.
• Provide international voice support for new bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds and post-booking queries.
• Ensure accurate processing and compliance with airline and industry requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ months relevant experience in Amadeus-based ticketing, air fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, amendments or post-booking operations.
• Amadeus GDS Mandatory; Galileo is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PNRs, fare rules, fare types, airline/airport codes and PTC.
• Good understanding of BSP/ARC, reissue/revalidation, refunds, EMD, NDC/LCC and IRROPS.
• Strong spoken and written English communication (B2&above).
• Typing: 30+ WPM with 85% accuracy.

Work & Shift Details

• 5 days working with rotational week-offs.
• 247 rotational shifts.
• 10-hour shift duration, including a 1-hour break.
• Cab facility available during odd hours/night shifts within the radius of 30kms.
