Job summary

Raveone Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a Stores Executive to manage inventory, receipts, dispatches, and stock records. You will use Excel for data entry and ensure accurate, up-to-date stock information.

The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain bin cards and a clean stock layout. Six-day work availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good English communication skills
• Hands-on experience in warehouse or factory stores management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking
• Attention to detail for stock verification and bin maintenance

Responsibilities

• Identify common mechanical items such as spanners, calipers, fasteners, power tools, and safety equipment.
• Manage inward and outward material receipts, stock checking, and outgoing dispatches.
• Maintain physical stock, update stock registers, and perform regular inventory checks.
• Enter and manage inventory data using MS Excel.
• Arrange store layout, maintain bin cards, and ensure visual stock identification.
• Ensure systematic bin allocation and upkeep of visual stock verification.
