Job summary

PMV Groups in New Delhi is seeking a Store Executive to manage inventory, receipts, storage and stock records for an automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on stores management and material handling experience.

You will verify materials against POs, invoices and challans, maintain ERP/SAP-based stock records, follow FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with procurement and production while ensuring safety and good housekeeping in the stores area.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores management and inventory control in automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience handling automotive components and manufacturing materials.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP or other inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in ERP/software.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, labeling, and preservation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and production departments.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, and stock reports.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Coordinate material movement and ensure timely supply to production.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in stores area.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
