Job summary

Navrang HR Solutions is seeking a Store/Inventory Manager for a manufacturing setup in India. The role involves handling day-to-day store operations, material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch, along with documentation and ERP/SAP data entry.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, be proficient in MS Excel, and capable of coordinating across Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Com / BBA / Graduate is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material handling and stock reconciliation.
• Experience in ERP / SAP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch.
• Handle inward and outward material documentation.
• Maintain inventory records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Dispatch departments for material requirements.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and traceability.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, stock registers and other store records.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.
• Update inventory transactions in ERP / SAP.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store department.
