Responsabilités

• Inventory management: maintain stock registers and records.
• Material receipt & issue: verify against POs, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Stock verification: conduct physical stock checks and report variances.
• Purchase coordination: identify reorder needs and follow up with vendors.
• Storage & safety: proper labeling, storage, and wastage prevention.
• Documentation & reporting: GRNs, stock ledgers, and daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
• Department coordination: work with accounts, purchase, site engineers, and project teams.
• Cost control: monitor slow-moving stock and minimize losses.
• Logistics coordination: assist with transportation and vehicle/trip records.

Hiring: Store Executive / Store In-Charge

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive / Store In-Charge to manage inventory, stock control, material receipt and issue, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and inward/outward material entries.
• Material Receipt & Issue: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans. Issue materials only against authorized requests.
• Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock checks, reconcile records, and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
• Purchase Coordination: Identify reorder requirements and follow up with the purchase department and vendors for pending deliveries.
• Storage & Safety: Ensure proper material labelling, storage, housekeeping, and prevention of material damage or wastage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain GRNs, stock ledgers, issue slips, challans, and daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Department Coordination: Coordinate with accounts, purchase, site engineers, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Cost Control: Monitor unused and slow-moving inventory, minimize stock losses, and support efficient inventory management.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist with material transportation and maintain vehicle and trip records, wherever required.
