Job summary

Welspun Enterprises Ltd. in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Team Member - Stores to manage store operations across sites. Job Description : Team Member Stores, WEL

Role Title: Team Member - Stores

Reporting to: Project Manager, WEL

Location : Anywhere in Uttar Pradesh

Purpose

Responsible for the administration and management of store operation for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Managing Store activities, receipt, issue, stock statements and all activities related to stores.
• B. Managing the team of storekeepers.
• C. Checking order status
• D. Responsible for inventory management covering entire range of allied activities namely, Logistics, Stores, Indirect Purchase, Spares & service parts.
• E. Responsible for physical checking of the materials.
• F. Accountable for regular and timely flow of material
• G. Coordination with site & H.O.
• H. Ensure the systematic process of material movement-issue/receipts with appropriate accounting and documentation.
• I. Maintain all materials, tools and equipments and ensure they are in good condition at all times.
• J. Ensure the materials, tools and equipments in the store are always slacked and identified with pin card/tag neatly. Maintain records and alert superiors of any abnormality in the consumption of materials, tools and equipments.
• K. Maintain records of all hired equipments on site and ensure off-hire and breakdowns are recorded accordingly.
• L. Maintain User Daily Records of all materials, tools and equipments being taken from the site store.
