Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Storekeeper to manage site store operations across Pan India. You will handle receipt, inspection and recording of materials, tools and equipment, ensuring stock accuracy and availability for ongoing projects.

The role requires a degree and 4-5 years in construction store roles, with the ability to work independently, maintain records, and support procurement and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Degree qualification.
• 4-5 years relevant working experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and update the Asset Inventory form.
• Maintain materials, tools and equipment in good condition at all times.
• Ensure continuous material supply and inform the Section Manager of replacements when stock is low.
• Keep store items slacked and identified with pin cards/tags; alert on abnormal consumption.
• Maintain records of hired equipment on site and log off-hire/breakdowns.
• Maintain User Daily Records for all site materials and tools taken from the store.
• Assist in development and maintenance of company systems.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Track preventive maintenance schedules of all plant & equipment on site.

Job PURPOSE:

Responsible for the administration and management of store operation for the project.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and maintain record of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and equipments.
• Conduct regular check / scheduled stock-take and update the Asset Inventory form on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain all materials, tools and equipments and ensure they are in good condition at all times.
• Maintain material stocks to ensure a continuous supply of materials is available at all times and inform Section Manager / Buyer of any replacement required once the stock reaches the minimum stock level.
• Ensure the materials, tools and equipments in the store are always slacked and identified with pin card/tag neatly. Maintain records and alert superiors of any abnormality in the consumption of materials, tools and equipments.
• Maintain records of all hired equipments on site and ensure off-hire and breakdowns are recorded accordingly.
• Maintain User Daily Records of all materials, tools and equipments being taken from the site store.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Company systems.
• Other duties as directed.
• Keep track of preventive maintence schedules of all plant & equipment at site and ensure in time maintence.

INTERNAL: Execution team at site, Procurement, P&M and Stores Lead in HQ
