Job summary

Burgundy Brand Collective is seeking to strengthen its Chandigarh team with an experienced retail professional. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, managing day-to-day store operations, and ensuring efficient order fulfilment across e-commerce channels.

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, generating performance reports, and supporting merchandising plans. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in retail sales and demonstrates strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
• Address customer concerns diplomatically and relay feedback to Store Manager.
• Manage retail operations including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life.
• Generate management reports to track performance and support merchandising plans.
• Execute store opening/closing protocols efficiently.
• Lead store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Oversee e-commerce order fulfilment from placement to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process
• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life
• Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
• Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
• Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
