Job summary

Burgundy Brand Collective is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Royce' Chocolate in Delhi. You will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage inventory and ensure excellent guest experiences.

The role requires 3–6+ years in luxury or food retail, strong communication, organizational skills, and a results-driven, no-nonsense approach to targets and delivery. Graduation is required; an MBA or Retail Management diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years' experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality with at least 2 years in an Assistant Team Manager role.
• Excellent customer handling and communication.
• Well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
• Uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude toward goals and deliverables.
• Graduation in any stream.
• MBA/Diploma in Retail Management not mandatory but advantageous.
