Job summary

Cococart Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Executive for Mumbai Airport and Navi Mumbai Airport areas and retail outlets. The role focuses on promoting premium chocolates, delivering excellent service, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, well-groomed, and capable of achieving daily to monthly sales targets while managing POS transactions and inventory in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, FMCG, food or hospitality.
• Experience in chocolate, confectionery or premium product sales will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in an airport retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their preferences and requirements.
• Promote and sell premium and luxury chocolate products.
• Explain product features, flavours, ingredients, packaging and pricing to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle billing, cash transactions and POS operations.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation.
