Job summary

Burgundy Brand Collective in Bengaluru seeks an energetic retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day store operations.

You will handle cash, inventory, shelf life, and order fulfilment, generate performance reports, and lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence while supporting merchandising and e-commerce workflows.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Around 1-5 years in Retail Sales
• Excellent customer handling and communication
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.

• Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for process improvement.
