• Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process
• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life
• Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
• Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
• Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
