Job summary

Kaabil at Royce' Chocolates in Gujarat seeks a Store Supervisor to manage daily retail operations and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence. You will ensure superior customer service, handle cash and inventory, and support merchandising and online order fulfilment.

• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life
• Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
• Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
• Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
