Job summary

Kores in Pithampur seeks a Graduate with 6–8 years’ experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management and Material Handling. You will verify incoming materials, process GRN in SAP, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate, timely issuance to production.

You will also maintain FIFO storage and assist replenishment with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of SAP GRN, stock reconciliation and document control is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials for quantity and spec and coordinate quality clearance before GRN.
• Post GRN, issue, transfer, and return entries in SAP with real-time stock updates.
• Ensure timely, BOM-accurate issuance to production to prevent line stoppages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Preserve, identify, and safely store components and finished spares using FIFO.
• Maintain RGP/NRGP records for subcontracting and service movements.
• Monitor slow-moving items and coordinate replenishment with Purchase and Planning.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Design and Accounts for smooth flow.

Role & responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials for quantity and specification and coordinate Quality clearance before GRN.
• Post GRN, issue, transfer, and return entries accurately in SAP with real-time stock updation.
• Ensure timely, BOM-accurate issuance to production sections to prevent assembly line stoppages.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counts, physical verification, and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper preservation, identification, FIFO, and safe storage of components and finished spares.
• Maintain RGP / NRGP records for subcontracting and service movements and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor slow-moving and critical-shortage items and coordinate replenishment with Purchase and Planning.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Design, and Accounts for smooth material flow.

Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety, including safe handling of heavy fabricated structures.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream with strong relevant experience may be considered).

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management, and Material Handling in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Heavy Fabrication industries.
• Hands-on experience in SAP GRN processing, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Experience in material issuance, physical verification, and store documentation processes.
