Job summary

ZINQ Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Store Packer & Dispatch Coordinator to manage packing, stock handling, dispatch coordination, and porter bookings. You will oversee labeling, quality checks, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock records in Excel, updating data in Tally, keeping the packing area organized, and following safety procedures. Prior experience with packing and delivery coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel and Tally knowledge required for trackers and records.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and documentation.

• Physical ability to handle and move packages.

Responsibilities

• Pick, inspect, pack, and label products for dispatch.
• Maintain stock records and assist with inventory management.
• Keep the store and packing area clean and organized.
• Book Porter services for dispatches and coordinate with drivers.
• Follow up on pickups and deliveries and resolve basic delivery issues.
• Maintain Porter booking, dispatch, and delivery data in Excel.
• Update required records and documentation in Tally.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
