Job summary

Tash Hair is seeking a Stores & Dispatch Manager to oversee day-to-day material receipt, inventory, production material issuance, and finished goods dispatch at our Bawal manufacturing facility. • 2-5 years of experience in stores, warehouse or inventory operations, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, electrical appliances or consumer durables environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials and packaging against PO, invoice and packing list.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and release.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, inward and stock records.
• Maintain location-wise inventory and issue materials to production.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch to Amazon, Nykaa, website customers etc.
• Prepare dispatch documents, labels and coordinate with transporters.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with system records.

About the Role

We are looking for a Stores & Dispatch Manager to manage day-to-day material receipt, inventory, material issue to production, finished goods storage and dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility in Bawal.

The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and physically verify incoming raw materials, components and packaging materials against PO, invoice and packing list.
• Handle receipt of imported SKD/CKD components and locally procured materials.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for incoming material inspection and release.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, material inward records and stock records.
• Maintain proper rack/location-wise inventory of raw materials and components.
• Issue materials to production against authorised material requisitions.
• Record material issues, returns and consumption.
• Receive finished goods from production after QA clearance and maintain finished goods inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch to Amazon, Nykaa, website customers, influencers and other channels.
• Prepare dispatch documentation, shipment labels and coordinate with transporters/couriers.
• Maintain dispatch and gate-out documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify shortages, excesses, damages and discrepancies and report them promptly.
• Ensure proper FIFO/stock rotation and orderly storage.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Accounts for smooth material movement.
• Maintain a clean, organised and properly labelled store.

Experience
