Job summary

Responsibilities

• Packaging for Smitox B2B and IndiaMART B2B orders; boxes provided by company.
• Dispatch orders with delivery boys; prepare packing labels and write customer names on boxes.
• Maintain old/new stock on racks; ensure proper stock counts.
• Unloading and stocking during goods arrival; record entries when goods arrive.
• Assist courier teams during dispatch and occasional ground-floor deliveries; maintain loose stock.

Responsibilities

One Time Activities

• When goods arrived from any supplier tell the manager (manish prajapati) to keep entry of goods record.
• Quality check of goods (1 to 5 samples max). Certain cartoons only

Daily Activities

• Smitox b2b and indiamart b2b orders packaing in boxes. Boxes will be provided by the company itself.
• Dispatching orders by the delivery boys for pickup.
• Writing customer names on the boxes or sticking packing label on parcels.
• Old stock/new stock to be maintained in racks.

Weekly Activities

• Tempo filled with goods when arrives making sure to unload it and maintain the stock/ count of number of cartoons.
• At times helping the courier boys to dispatch goods.
• At times delivering certain cartoons at ground floor. (Small/medium parcels only)
• Cleaning/maintaining loose stock in racks.

Monthly Activities

• If certain stock is short then update the owner to order the same (weekly or monthly depending on the demand/supply of goods).
• Updating about the dead stock.
