Job summary

Global Green Company Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced warehouse/inventory professional to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. You will verify quantities and quality, maintain ERP/SAP records, and ensure proper labeling, safety, and 5S practices.

Responsibilities include stock verification, coordinating with procurement and QA, generating reports, and supporting audits to ensure smooth material flow across production, logistics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials with relevant documents.
• Store materials according to FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
• Issue materials to production or dispatch departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP or warehouse management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S compliance.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspection and release of materials.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and MIS reports for management.
• Handle damaged, expired, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory according to procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, procurement, and finance for smooth material flow.
