Job summary

Meteoric Biopharmaceutical in Ahmedabad is seeking a store/dispenser associate responsible for dispensing raw materials for batch manufacturing as per approved requirements and performing line clearance at the dispensing stage.

You will maintain cleaning and area monitoring records for dispensing booths and store areas, handle inward material receipt and GRN preparation, verify weights and invoices, support QMS activities, and manage controlled store documents like logbooks and labels.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials for batch manufacturing as per approved requirements.
• Perform line clearance during dispensing.
• Maintain cleaning and area monitoring records for dispensing booths and stores.
• Maintain store-related records (Differential Pressure, Temperature & RH, Cleaning, RLAF, Balance Verification, Cold Storage and Insectocutor).
• Handle inward material receipt, inspection, verification and preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Verify weight of inward materials and cross-check invoices against drum labels.
• Handle QMS activities, including Change Control, Deviation and CAPA documentation.
• Perform and verify daily weighing balance verification.
• Perform and verify weighing balance calibration.
• Manage issuance and retrieval of controlled store documents (Annexures, Logbooks, Labels).
