Job summary

Infravision based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India, is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage incoming materials, reconcile with POs, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role requires strict adherence to ISO and QHSE standards, ensuring safe storage and timely reporting of consumption and variances.

You will handle GRNs, stock registers, and related documentation while tracking deliveries and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Track, document, and resolve discrepancies on received orders.
• Update records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns to ensure accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels to keep within established minimum and maximum thresholds.
• Prepare GRNs and stock registers in line with ISO and QHSE standards.
• Follow up on deliveries, discrepancies, and documentation like challans and invoices.
• Generate daily/weekly consumption reports and highlight variances or shortages.
• Ensure safe storage practices and maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to site teams.
