Job summary

Zippee, India's #1 Quick Commerce Logistics for consumer brands, is hiring a Store Manager (Pharmacist) to oversee end-to-end operations of a pharma dark store in Delhi, combining pharmacy compliance with rapid delivery.

You will manage inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch, ensure compliant storage and dispensing of medicines, maintain licences and records, supervise store staff, and drive SLA adherence and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Laptop required.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm with pharmacist registration.
• 1-6 years of pharmacy, retail pharmacy, warehouse or dark store experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory and compliance.
• Comfortable managing teams and fast-paced store operations.
• Must have your own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day dark store operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure compliant storage, handling and dispensing of medicines, including prescription validation.
• Maintain pharmacy records, licences, registers, batch/expiry data and required documentation.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock audits, near-expiry/expired medicines and reconciliation.
• Manage store manpower, rostering, productivity and operational discipline.
• Drive order fulfilment, SLA adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable drug regulations and support audits/inspections.
