Job summary

Zippee is seeking a Store Manager - Dark Store Operations to lead end-to-end dark store and last-mile activities in Malad, Mumbai. This role demands rapid action in a high-pressure, unstructured environment where ownership and drive are critical for success.

You will oversee 30‑Minute/60‑Minute delivery operations across multiple dark stores, manage teams, and drive improvements in reliability, cost per order, and customer experience. This is an in-person role based near Malad.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of Operations/Supply Chain experience in quick commerce or ecommerce warehousing.
• Team management, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making are essential.
• Owner mindset; high ownership and willingness to hustle.
• Experience in launching or scaling dark stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 30-Min and 60-Min Delivery operations across Malad and other dark stores.
• Manage dark store and delivery fleet teams and support new store launches.
• Own inbound, inventory, outbound, staffing, rostering, training, engagement, vendor partnerships, COD.
• Drive metrics on reliability, customer experience, and cost per order; develop SOPs.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to management.

• We’re looking for a talented Store Manager - Dark Store Operations

• This is an in‑person role at our dark store, and you must be based near Malad, Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee 30-Min/60-Min Delivery operations across multiple dark stores in Malad, Mumbai.
• Manage all dark store/delivery fleet teams along with the launch of new dark stores across Malad, Mumbai, as per the expansion plan.
• Own all aspects of dark store & last‑mile operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.
• Lead all metrics related to reliability, customer experience & CPO (cost‑per‑order) as per business needs, while continuously developing & implementing SOPs (dark store + last‑mile) to improve them.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience, at Quick Commerce/Ecommerce warehousing/logistics companies.
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
