This is a high-pressure, unstructured environment where speed, ambition, and ownership drive impact. The role is in-person at our dark stores near Andheri East, Mumbai, requiring you to manage multiple dark stores and drive expansion in the city.

Qualifications

• Experience in dark stores and last-mile logistics.
• Proven ability to lead large delivery teams and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quick Commerce operations across multiple dark stores in Mumbai.
• Manage dark store/last-mile teams (hires, fires, trains, motivates) and launch new dark stores & projects.
• Collaborate with customers (D2C brands/marketplaces) to support expansion/growth.
• Own all aspects of dark store & last-mile operations including inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, engagement, fleet management, vendor partnerships, COD management.
• Ensure streamlined supply chain to drive 100% SLA across the city.
• Lead metrics related to city P&L, reliability, customer experience & CPO; develop & implement SOPs.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to management.
• Foster rockstar culture to scale profitability.
• Be part of a rocket-ship team empowering consumer brands in quick commerce.
