Job summary

Burgundy Brand Collective, a French children\'s apparel label, has launched in India with stores in Mumbai and Bangalore. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop a premium retail team, and drive sales while maintaining luxury visual standards.

Candidates should have extensive luxury retail experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role; a bachelor\'s degree is required, with MBA or Retail Management diploma as a plus.

Qualifications

• 58 years of experience with an international luxury retail brand, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in the luxury kids' apparel or fashion industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on communication.
• Highly organized with a meticulous approach to tasks and store management.
• A results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and store goals.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; an MBA or Diploma in Retail Management is a plus but not mandatory.
