Job summary

SyncUp in Chennai is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader to drive store performance and customer service excellence. You will coach and mentor sales teams, manage inventory, and ensure VIP clients receive personalised service to maximise lifetime value.

The role emphasizes visual merchandising, loss prevention, and adherence to premium brand standards while delivering strong commercial results across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing high-end apparel boutiques with strong commercial results and customer retention.
• Demonstrable ability to hire, coach and retain sales talent; comfortable setting and achieving KPI targets.
• Excellent customer service orientation with experience handling VIP clientele and personalised selling.
