Job summary

Burgundy Brand Collective is seeking a Store Manager for its Hyderabad-based fashion retail operations. The role requires steering store performance, sales generation, and inventory control while leading and mentoring the store team.

Ideal candidates bring 5-8 years with an international fashion brand, 2+ years in a team manager role, and 2-3 years in footwear. Bachelor's degree is essential; MBA/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with an international fashion retail brand.
• At least 2 years in a team manager role.
• 2-3 years of experience in the footwear industry.
• Excellent customer handling and communication.
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
• Uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous.
