Job summary

Citizen Umbrella Manufacturers in Gujarat, India seeks an organized Store/Inventory Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure accurate stock records. You will receive and record raw materials, packing supplies, spare parts, and finished goods, maintain FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts.

The role requires maintaining ERP/SAP/Tally stock data, conducting physical stock verification, and supervising store helpers to meet production

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Receive and record raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inventory records.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, stock transfer records, and other store documents.
• Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments as per approved requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and systematic arrangement of materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile differences between physical and system stock.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
• Maintain accurate ERP/SAP/Tally or inventory software records.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward material movement.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete materials.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Support stock audits and internal/external inspections.
• Supervise store helpers/workers and allocate daily activities.
