Job summary

Aangee Compounds Llp is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to own the plant store (Ghatlodia, Gujarat). You will manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring materials are available when needed, accurate stock records, and proper documentation.

You will lead a small team, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Accounts to prevent stockouts and waste. Gujarati/Hindi communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of Store Manager/Inventory experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Tally or ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming raw materials and packaging as per PO and quality checks.
• Issue materials to production against requisitions with proper documentation.
• Maintain stock records in Tally/ERP/Excel and conduct regular stock verifications.
• Handle GRN, challans, dispatch docs and e-way bill coordination.
• Manage FIFO/FEFO, labeling, batch traceability and safe storage practices.
• Plan and track minimum stock levels; raise timely purchase indents.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts.
• Supervise store helpers and loaders; ensure safe handling of material.
• Keep store clean, organized and compliant with 5S standards.
• Share daily/weekly stock and movement reports with management.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to take full ownership of the Ghatlodia plant store: raw materials, packaging, finished goods. Youll make sure the right material is available at the right time, stock records are always accurate, and nothing is lost, damaged or wasted.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials (polymers, pigments, additives) and packaging as per PO and quality checks
• Issue materials to production against requisitions, with proper documentation
• Maintain accurate stock records in Tally/ERP/Excel; conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances
• Handle GRN, challans, dispatch documentation and e-way bill coordination
• Manage FIFO/FEFO, proper labelling, batch traceability and safe storage practices
• Plan and track minimum stock levels; raise timely purchase indents to avoid production stoppages
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts teams
• Supervise store helpers, loaders and ensure safe handling of material
• Keep the store clean, organised and compliant with safety (5S) standards
• Share daily/weekly stock and movement reports with management

Who Should Apply

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any stream); a diploma in materials management is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience as Store Manager / Store In-charge / Inventory Executive in a manufacturing unit
• Working knowledge of Tally or any ERP, plus MS Excel
• Understanding of GRN, stock ledger, bin cards, and dispatch documentation
• Strong sense of accountability, honesty and attention to detail
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is fine)
• Candidates living near Ghatlodia / nearby areas of Ahmedabad will be preferred
