1. Receive incoming materials, equipment, andsupplies and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
2. Inspect received items for quantity,quality, and any visible damage.
3. Store materials safely and systematicallyaccording to company procedures.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records inmanual registers or inventory management systems.
5. Issue materials to departments orpersonnel based on approved requisitions.
6. Monitor stock levels and inform thesupervisor of low-stock or overstock situations.
7. Conduct regular physical stock counts andreconcile inventory discrepancies.
8. Label, identify, and organize materialsfor easy access and retrieval.
9. Ensure proper storage conditions formaterials, including hazardous or temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
10. Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, andorganization of the store area.
11. Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or otherapproved inventory control methods where applicable.
12. Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinatedeliveries to internal departments or external locations.
13. Maintain records of material receipts,issues, returns, and transfers.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies,safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
15. Report damaged, expired, obsolete, ormissing items to the supervisor promptly.
16. Operate material handling equipment safelyif authorized and trained.
17. Assist with inventory audits and providesupporting documentation as required.
18. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, andother departments regarding material availability.
19. Ensure all documentation related toinventory movements are accurate and complete.
20. Support continuous improvement initiativesto enhance inventory accuracy and store efficiency.
21. Follow workplace health, safety, andenvironmental requirements at all times.
22. Protect company assets by maintainingproper security and control of stored materials.
23. Assist in unloading and loading materialswhen required.
24. Perform other store and inventory-relatedduties assigned by the supervisor.
25. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory status and materialmovements.
