Arrow Greentech Ltd. invites applications for the role of Supervisor Stores at Ankleshwar GIDC, Gujarat. The position requires 5–7 years in stores/warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a CTC of 3.5–5 LPA depending on experience.

You will manage daily stores, ensure accurate inventory, coordinate with production for material availability, and supervise stores staff while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of ERP/Tally is preferred.

Formación

• 5-7 years of stores/warehouse experience with supervisory exposure.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in pharmaceuticals, chemicals or similar regulated industries.
• Practical knowledge of ERP/Tally for inventory control.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with ERP/Tally.
• Coordinate with production for timely material availability.
• Supervise stores staff and enforce safety, storage and loss-prevention procedures.
• Handle raw materials, chemicals, inks, adhesives, and packing materials.
• Conduct stock audits and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stores and warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage and issuance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP/Tally records.
• Coordinate with production for timely material availability.
• Handle raw materials, chemicals, inks, adhesives, consumables and packing materials.
• Conduct stock audits, reconciliation and inventory documentation.
• Ensure secure material handling, authorized access and proper tracking of restricted materials.
• Supervise stores staff and follow safety, storage and loss-prevention procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant materials-management qualifications are an advantage.
• 5- 7 years of stores/warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in pharmaceuticals, chemicals or similar regulated industries.
• Practical knowledge of ERP, Tally, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, documentation and confidentiality.
• Must be willing to undergo background and security verification.
