Job summary

The role requires a graduate or diploma in commerce/logistics/material management, 25 years of experience in store/inventory management, and proficiency with ERP/store management software, with strong communication and deadline-driven coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Commerce/Logistics/Material Management.
• 25 years of experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP/Store Management software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock registers (raw materials, consumables, finished goods).
• Monitor inward/outward movement of materials with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely issue of materials to production departments.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and accounts for GRN, invoices, and payments.
• Implement FIFO/LIFO methods and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports on inventory, consumption, and stock levels.
