Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Store In-charge in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

The role involves end-to-end management of the maintenance store, including receiving, storing, issuing and recording spares and consumables to ensure uninterrupted maintenance cycles. Qualifications include ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or graduate with stores experience. 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in textile/chemical manufacturing, is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Receive materials against PO, verify quantity and quality, prepare GRN.
• Store and issue spares with proper records.
• Maintain min/max levels and a critical spares list.
• Keep system stock matching physical stock; perform stock verification.
• Raise indents, collect quotations, follow up on POs and vendors.
• Same-day entry in Excel / ERP; generate MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers for shutdown spares.

Maintenance Store In-charge

Industry: Textile Dyeing & Printing
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate to 30 days' notice preferred

Role

Manage the maintenance store end to end: receiving, storing, issuing and recording spares, tools and consumables, and keeping the purchase cycle under control so breakdowns are not delayed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials against PO, check quantity and quality, prepare GRN
• Store and issue spares, bearings, belts, seals, lubricants and tools with proper records
• Maintain min/max/reorder levels and a critical spares list
• Keep system stock matching physical stock; do periodic stock verification
• Raise indents, collect quotations, follow up on POs and vendors
• Same-day entry in Excel / ERP; daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers for shutdown spares

Qualification

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical), or graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA) with stores or purchase experience

Experience

2–3 years in maintenance / engineering store or spares purchase, preferably in textile, chemical or similar manufacturing

Skills

• Basic Excel and computer entry
• Knowledge of GRN, indent, issue, return and PO process
• Ability to identify spare parts by name, size and specification
• Hindi, English (basic); Gujarati is an added advantage
