We are looking for a sharp, proactive individual to join our front-end team.

Role :

We are looking for a disciplined and organized Store Keeper to manage our daily factory operations. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our materials—from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished powder coating batches to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct regular stock counts to ensure zero mismatches.
• Purchasing Support: Monitor stock levels and alert the management when raw materials need to be reordered. Receive incoming goods and verify them against Purchase Orders.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Prepare tax invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists. Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain systematic records of Inward/Outward registers and Gate Passes. Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly for audit purposes.
• Store Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, labeled, and follows safety standards (e.g., First-In-First-Out / FIFO).

Requirements :

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing store (Chemical or Paint industry experience is a major plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge. Experience with Tally or any ERP software is highly preferred.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (B.Com preferred).
• Traits: High integrity, physically active, and very detail-oriented regarding numbers and weights.
• Language: Ability to read and write basic English (for invoices/labels) and fluency in [Hindi/Marathi].
