Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store operations.
• Experience in team handling and inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end dark store operations.
• Supervise pickers, packers, delivery coordinators, and store staff.
• Monitor order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage.
• Track store KPIs such as order accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure manpower planning and shift management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
• Prepare daily operational reports and updates.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Quick Commerce / Dark Store facility at Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, team supervision, customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations while maintaining company standards and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Supervise pickers, packers, delivery coordinators, and store staff.
• Monitor order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Track store KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the store.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues effectively.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance policies.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Minutes, or similar companies Dark Store management
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store store management operations.
• Experience in team handling and inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store management systems.
