Job summary

Krishna Group in Gurgaon is seeking an Asst. Manager/DM for a permanent Store role. Location: Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. The position requires a Degree and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, strong English communication, and about 10–12 years of technical store experience.

You will manage MIS reports, material shortages, inventory control, ERP reconciliation, and coordinate with QA, Purchase, and Production to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications

• English communication is required.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Submit Monthly MIS Report to Management.
• Prepare list of Local and Imported Material shortages on daily basis.
• Submit Daily Report to Management i.e LRN Detail, MRR Rejection and MRR pending.
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement with Valuation and Inventory Turnover.
• Preparation of Weekly Consumable Consumption Report.
• Preparation of Monthly Non-Moving and Slow Moving Material Report.
• Disposal of N.G and Obsolete Material to Supplier.
• Dispatch of Finished Goods to Customer.

Job Profile

• Submit Daily Report to Management i.e LRN Detail, MRR Rejection and MRR pending.
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement with Valuation and Inventory Turnover.
• Preparation of Weekly Consumable Consumption Report.
• Preparation of Monthly Non-Moving and Slow Moving Material Report.
• Preparation of Discrepancy Report in case of Short, Excess and Damage Material.
• Mail Material shortage sheet to Purchase Department on daily basis.
• Raise Material Requisition to Purchase Department for Timely Availability of Material.
• Follow up with Purchase dept for Material Shortage.
• Preparation of MRR (Material Receipt Report) on Receipt of Incoming Material.
• Offer Material to Quality Assurance dept for Inspection.
• Storage and Preservation of incoming Material.
• Responsible for store activities like receipt & issue of Materials to user Department.
• Issue Material through FIFO system.
• Daily Perpetual Inventory of imported Material and Reconcile with ERP System.
• Reconciliation of Job work and RGP (Memo) document.
• Disposal of N.G and Obsolete Material to Supplier.
• Dispatch of Finished Goods to Customer.
• Inventory Control through ABC analysis, MIN, ROL and MAX Stock Level.
• Weekly Audit of Store on the Basis of SOP and MOP.
• Coordination with various dept like Purchase, QA, Production etc.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management.
